NEW to SPINNING?
The first half of the one hour class will cover the basics of Spinning and some quick points about the Studio, while the second have will be a short ride to go over the basic moves in Spinning.
For the ride all you will need is the following:
- Running / tennis shoes
- A water bottle
- A towel
Again, this class is free (we promise you there are no strings attached), and each class will be limited to 5 folks to in order to provide more attention to each participant. All you need to do is to click on the big “Sign Up Today” button to the right.
