Your MYZONE heart rate monitor will provide you with more information about your effort level with this new technology by recording and displaying your heart rate during each class.

It monitors your heart rate, calories, time and MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than “fitness”. As a MYZONE user, simply wear  your MYZONE monitor, which you register online, to monitor all your physical activity in real time allowing you to view your progress in your personal account.

What are MEPs?

MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that you spend in the 5 effort (intensity) zones based on your individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points you earn! It’s that simple!
