Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa (pronounced “vin-yah-sah”) means “breath-synchronized movements,” and are flowing and almost dance-like.
Vinyasa Flow at DK Fitness will focus on the traditional vinyasa concepts of linking breath and movement through a series of postures. This style of yoga builds warmth, flexibility and strength, maintaining focus on proper alignment. Vinyasa Flow is a challenging practice that will quiet the mind and detoxify the body. Modifications are given so the practice is accessible to all levels of experience.
